In late 2022, the homeowners’ reached out in need of decorating help. They had recently made the significant transition from a small apartment in bustling San Francisco to their first spacious home in beautiful Minneapolis. Starting afresh they found themselves at a loss regarding where to begin or what elements to focus on first.

The Tudor house was constructed in 1930 and although it had been renovated, the living room kept its original arches and built-in shelves. When we first began working together, the homeowners had several design ideas, yet struggled to pinpoint a specific style. So, we collaborated closely to honor the existing aesthetic of the home while seamlessly integrating fresh, modern elements. The end result was a welcoming, homey atmosphere, complemented by a well-functioning space that harmoniously combined neutral tones with vibrant pops of color.
